Where: Meet at Howard Park by the stairs nearest to the Jefferson bridge. 219 S St Louis Blvd, South Bend, IN 46617

When: Saturday May 20th, Meet at 10 am. Estimated end time 11:30am - 12 pm.
What: Take a scenic walk in the heart of South Bend along the East Bank Trail from Howard park to the Angela Blvd trailhead and back.

The walk: 3.5 mile walk on a paved, accessible path going along the St Joseph river, passing the East Race. Some areas of the path are narrow, and some may be wet if there was rain in the days preceding. We will cross one street, but the path should mostly be dedicated exclusively to pedestrians and cyclists.

What to bring: Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring along some water and snacks if you would like.
