The LGBTQ Center offers diverse programming for LGBTQ+ youth. All youth ages 12 to 18 are welcome to participate.

Youth programming takes place at The LGBTQ Center, 1522 E Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, IN 46615.

Bi/Poly/Pan

Every 2nd Saturday of the month at 2 p.m.

A discussion-based support group for youth who identify as bisexual, pan sexual, poly sexual, or questioning. Various discussions are had surrounding sexual health and relationships. This program encourages critical thinking approaches to issues facing the queer community and how these issues have different implications for various identities.


Girls Who Like Girls

STARTING OCTOBER 2019

3rd Saturday of each month at 1 p.m.

A discussion-based support group for self-identified girls who have attraction/likeness for other self-identified girls. Various discussions are had surrounding sexual health and relationships. This program encourages critical thinking approaches to issues facing the queer community and how these issues have different implications for various identities.


Guys Who Like Guys

Every 2nd Saturday of the month at 3 p.m.

A discussion-based support group for self-identified guys who have attraction/likeness for other self-identified guys. Various discussions are had surrounding sexual health and relationships. Queer Youth of Color (QYOC)

QYOC is a cross cultural group focused on the fantastic triumphs and struggles that all queer youth of color face when living their intersecting lives.


Teen Group

1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at the Center, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Teens are able to meet peers of their age who identify as LGBTQ+ and take part in various discussions, activities and the occasional outing.
